Text Box: North American Nuk Muay Association’s specific purpose is to build an afterschool program and a community outreach program to advance the cultural understanding of the Lao and Thai traditions through their national sport of Muay Thai / Muay Lao. Our main focus is to teach our students the core value of self discipline, respect and honor as well as basic muay thai techniques, while incorporating drills to improve their cardio, strength, speed and overall ability to execute muay thai strikes.
